At A.K.K.A., we hold
to firm
principles:
FIRST: that control and rule within the martial arts rests with those
who have dedicated their lives to the study and teaching of the arts in
their most complete and correct form. It is self-evident that people
fear what they do not understand. Fear and ignorance inevitably lead to
irrational actions such as the use of brute force. When you replace
ignorance with understanding, you create confidence and the ability to
build from a solid foundation.
SECOND: that as new and competent practitioners arise within the ranks
of the martial arts, in particular, Chinese Kenpo, their experience and
counsel shall be added to the overall plan of A.K.K.A. Karate USA.
THIRD: that the constant and energetic practice of these arts is of
noteworthy and lasting physical and mental value, and can be a
life-long pursuit.
AKKA is a highly motivated, success-minded and goal-orientated
professional Karate organization that is totally committed to the
students enrolled in its academies. It extends to students all the
